- Annual salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 50 hours* per month (covering overtime, holiday, and late-night work)
- Transportation allowance: up to JPY 36,000 per month
- Probation period: 6 months (no change in conditions)
シフト
- Day: 8:00-17:00/11:00–20:00 (8h + 1h break)
- Night: 16:30–09:00 (next day, 13.5h + 3h break)
- Two-shift system, ~40 hrs/week
- 24/7 coverage during school term; overtime may be required

- Contract period: Jan 1, 2027 – Jul 31, 2029
- Renewable fixed-term contract (2 years)
- Eligibility for permanent contract after 5 years
- Contract Terms
- Contract renewal will be determined based on the school's operational status and the employee's performance evaluation.
If the total contract period exceeds five years, the employee will be eligible to apply for conversion to an indefinite-term contract
in accordance with the Labor Contract Act. In addition, a promotion system to permanent (full-time) employee status is also available,
subject to a designated review process.
